AIMS AND OBJECTS
The Aims and Objects for which SAFMA is established are as under:-
a.) To Make people aware about the Fundamental rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India and to further ensure that these Fundamental Rights are made available to one and all.
b.) To ensure that Human Rights violations do not escape unnoticed and to provide timely redressal to the victims of the Human Rights Violation.
c.) To Provide Free Legal Assistance of the superior quality to the poor and needy litigants so that they can also have an opportunity to pursue their cases through the best of the legal brains.
d.) To Function as a Pressure Group in order to ensure that the Central and the State Government follow the Directive Principles as enshrined in the Constitution of India and incorporate them while making policies for the general welfare of the people.
e.) To Mobilize Public Opinion for eradicating social evils and to assist in the eradications of the same through the enactment of laws and to ensure their effective implementation.
f.) To Bring into forefront the during issues confronting our society and make efforts in providing solutions through legal forums.
g.) To work for the Emancipation of the down trodden and under privileged strata of our society.
h.) To initiate legal action in the direction of ending exploitation of the underprivileged sections, particularly those belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Women and the members of the economically weaker and marginalized section of society.
i.) To help create an environment where justice, liberty, equality and fraternity are available to all with special emphasis on the girl child belonging to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and the economically weaker and marginalized sections of society
